First time buying from this supplier and definitely not the last. Pricing is great! More importantly than pricing for me, is always customer service. Before I made a 40 minute drive to their location, I called to ask some general questions about their products and availability… and I was fortunate enough to speak to a young woman named Kim. Not only was she professional, easy to communicate with, courteous, and very polite. And by the end of the conversation, I told her I would be there within the hour to grab some materials. When I arrived, I asked the young woman at the desk if she was Kim, she said yes, and told her that I had just spoke to her on the phone. For the next 30 minutes, she actually sat there with me, figuring out the math on a driveway project I’m doing, to calculate how much designer Rock I needed (cubic yards) to fill in the areas of the design. Not only that when it came time to bag up three 50 pound bags of different rocks for sampling, she came out to the yard with the bags and a shovel in hand! She didn’t call for any man to come help her. She handled it like a boss. It’s because of this customer service that Kim provided, is the sole reason I will continue to buy landscaping supplies from this company. Thank you, Kim for your help. It was very much appreciated!
